We aren't stopping and keep raising money to our JustGiving charity fundraiser to assist volunteering medics in Ukrainian. Thanks to the support of our friends and colleagues, we have already been able to deliver lots of L200 pickups, medicines, portable monitors, tourniquets, and other equipment to Hospitallers.
Our next delivery won't be an exception. Jakob from Sweden contacted us recently since he wanted his birthday present to be a donation to Hospitallers, and many Swedish volunteers have joined to help. For his charity fundraiser, Jakob wanted to match the donations from his relatives and friends by +1 SEK for each Swedish krona they donated. He set a maximum per person and total that he would match.
The response was overwhelming. On Jakob’s birthday, his phone didn’t stop receiving payment notifications. The birthday gift for Hospitallers totaled up to €8,400. Jakob’s donation will be an important contribution to the purchase of another L200 pickup truck filled with vital supplies that will serve paramedics.
