For the third year in a row, the Ukrainian community in King’s Lynn and West Norfolk has been celebrating Ukraine’s Independence Day in the town square.
This year, the organizers arranged a concert by Ihor Grokhovskyi, the winner of The Voice of Ukraine 2014, as well as a fair, children’s entertainment featuring the incredible Mavka, folk dances, and poetry.
The event aimed to raise funds for charity in Ukraine. A total of £1,114, or over 60,000 hryvnias, was collected and donated to the Hospitallers. Together, we are strong. Glory to Ukraine!
