The Ukrainian Christmas Fair, organized by ProudToBeUkrainian, took place on December 14 at Belmont Centre, Uckfield, and was a true celebration of culture, traditions, and charity. Guests had the opportunity to enjoy traditional Ukrainian holiday dishes such as kutia, borscht, varenyky, and holubtsi, participate in folk crafts and dances, and immerse themselves in the festive atmosphere of Ukrainian music. The event also provided a glimpse into centuries-old Ukrainian winter traditions. From fortune-telling and caroling to preparing 12 symbolic dishes for Christmas Eve, visitors experienced the true essence of Ukrainian Christmas. The fair, made possible by the efforts of ProudToBeUkrainian, not only created unforgettable memories but also demonstrated the power of unity and support for Ukraine.
